He was an extraordinary individual whose kindness, generosity, and compassion touched countless lives. John's selflessness and willingness to help those in need were hallmarks of his exceptional character. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone less fortunate. He loved to help those he loved and cared for, always putting others before himself. His unwavering kindness, sweet spirit, and infectious humor earned him the love and admiration of everyone he met. While some may have seen John as having a tough exterior, those who knew him understood that beneath lay a heart of gold. His quick wit, playful teasing, and ability to find humor in everyday situations would also make you smile. He loved to make people laugh and had a gift for finding the humor in even the most mundane situations. John had a few simple pleasures in life that brought him great joy: his beloved Ford trucks, the beauty of America, his favorite soda Coke, and a good cup of coffee. But above all, he loved taking care of everyone - whether it was a friend, family member, or stranger in need. John may not have had biological children, but he had a special place in his heart for Christina, whom he affectionately regarded as his daughter. His famously coined phrase, "What Christina wants, Christina gets," reflected his playful and loving nature. Furthermore, John cared for and loved Christina's brother, Chris, whom he considered a son. He demonstrated unwavering love and support for both Christina and Chris, offering guidance and assistance whenever needed. Notably, John cherished moments spent with Chris during his childhood, often organizing bike rides and fun outings with his friends. He would also provide thrilling rides around the neighborhood in the back of his Ford pickup truck. These gestures exemplified John's creative and loving approach to nurturing meaningful relationships. In addition to his love for Christina and Chris, John had a special affection for the entire Colucci family, treating them with the same love, care, and devotion as if they were related by blood. John also extended his love and care to Christina's husband, Jesse, whom he regarded as a son-in-law. He welcomed Jesse into the family with open arms and treated him with the same kindness and compassion that he showed to his own loved ones. Just two days before his passing, John expressed his deep gratitude and love to Jesse, thanking him for everything he did for him and for taking such wonderful care of Christina and son, Drew. This heartfelt expression of appreciation was a testament to the strong bond between John and Jesse. In his entrepreneurial spirit, John once ventured into starting his own Towing business, which he named after Christina's son and nephew. This endeavor showcased his strong work ethic, dedication, and passion for providing helpful services to his community. John's passing leaves an unfillable void in the lives of those who loved him. However, his legacy of kindness, compassion, and humor will continue to inspire and uplift his loved ones.
