Carolyn Amelia Hanley

Carolyn Amelia Hanley, age 56, of Newark, DE passed away on February 25, 2022. She was one of four children born in St. Kitts to the late Charles and Beryl Moses. Carolyn also lived in Tortola, BVI before moving to Florida at the age of sixteen. She later moved to New York City where she met and married the love of her life before they moved to Delaware. Carolyn was a kind and loving person, a devoted wife and mother, and a great listener. She was highly intelligent and multi-talented. Carolyn loved photography, computers, cooking, and baking. She enjoyed being outside in nature, was a talented artist and enjoyed sketching. Carolyn loved traveling, listening to BTS - the Korean Pop band, and was learning to speak Korean. Her greatest joy was time spent with her family. Carolyn will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know her. Carolyn is survived by her beloved husband of 30 years, Gary Kevin Hanley; her daughters: Jordan Hanley and Taylor Hanley; her twin brother, Lawrence Moses; and her sisters, Cassandra and Felicia Moses.
