Cynthia Leigh Kapp-Foster, 63, of North Carolina, passed away on March 3, 2022. Cynthia loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loved being outdoors gardening and decorating and enjoyed shopping and cooking. She will be greatly missed. Cynthia is survived by her children: Felicia Ellis, Brianna (William) Penny, Brett (Nicole) Ellis, Donald Weaver, Deanna (Robert) Long, Brittany Foster and Cassandra (Brenden) Foster; grandchildren: Dante, Lexxi, Acacia, Quentin, Mya, Mila, Annabelle, Beau, Robert, Karleigh, Nevaeh, Armani, Kayleigh, Niyah, Ada, Bryson and Audrey; great grandchildren: Amaria, Kyle, and Kaiden; siblings: Gary Kapp, Allan Kapp, Rosemarie Echols and Sharon Lucabaugh; as well as her friend Jeffery Woodie, with whom she lived with in North Carolina. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Sara Kapp. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Monday, March 14, 2022 from 2 to 3 PM at Strano and Feeley Family Funeral Home, 635 Churchmans Road, Newark, DE 19702, where a celebration of life will be held at 3 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help the family with final expenses to the funeral home at the above address.
