Elizabeth Velasco Rocco

October 28, 1961 - January 27, 2022

Elizabeth Velasco Rocco, of Middletown, DE went home to be with the Lord on January 27, 2022, after her courageous fight with cancer. Elizabeth was born in Quezon City, Philippines to the late Donald Anthony Rocco and Julita Rocco. She immigrated to the USA in 1999. Elizabeth was a dedicated follower of God. She was a kind and loving woman who was devoted to her children. Time spent with family and friends was her greatest joy. Elizabeth was an excellent cook, enjoyed gardening, traveling, and caring for her pets. She will always be remembered for her humility, gentleness of heart, kindness, resilience, perseverance, and compassion. Elizabeth’s legacy of love will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. She will forever be deeply missed. She is survived by her beloved children: Melizza Estrada (Zal Anthony Estrada), Hazel Sevilla (Jay Sevilla), Peter Oliver Co, James Oliver Co, Natalia Lizzel Co, and John Angelo Oliver Co; her grandson, Patrick Hanz Sevilla; her brothers: Donald Anthony Rocco II (Cezaria Rocco) and Robert Rocco (Melinda Rocco); nieces and nephews: Rosalinda Rocco, Ruth Anne Rocco, Jay-R Rocco, Michael Rocco, Sarah Rocco, and Jeanine Rocco; as well as a host of extended family and special friends. Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing on Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 9:15-10:15 AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church, 345 Bear Christiana Road, Bear, DE 19701. A Mass will follow at 10:30 AM. For everyone’s safety the family is asking attendees to wear a mask.
