Joyce A. (Bow) Cibrian

November 21, 1958 - April 26, 2022

Joyce A. (Bow) Cibrian, age 63 of New Castle, DE, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2022, after a long illness. She was a resident of Regency Healthcare in Wilmington. Joyce enjoyed family gatherings, spending time with her grandson Charlie, cooking meals and baking, day trips to Cape Henlopen, camping and grilling, reading, crafts, snowstorms, music, her favorite soap opera, and relaxing with her dog Holly. Joyce was a kind and caring person and was very appreciative of all those who assisted her, especially during her illness. Joyce is survived by her son, Brandon; grandson, Charlie; siblings: Alan, Jeffrey (Brenda), Mary Walls (George), and Wendy LaManna (Paul). She also leaves behind her uncle, Willis Hicks; cousin, Ian; and nieces and nephews: Brenna, Joseph, Amanda, Katie, and great-nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph Bow and Isabelle Hicks Bow; and sister Dorothea Rolph. Visitation will be held from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at Freedom Biker Church, 79 Christiana Road, New Castle, DE followed by a service in celebration of Joyce’s life at 1:00 pm. Joyce’s family wishes to thank the staff and particularly the many aides at Regency Healthcare for their constant care and kindness, as well as Urgent Ambulance Company, and Fresenius Kidney Care at St. Francis Hospital.
