Roger W. Foster, age 60, of Wilmington, passed away August 9, 2021, after a long battle with cancer. He was born in Philadelphia to William and Mary Foster. He was preceded in death by his father, William Foster and the love of his life, his wife, Wendy. Together they loved to go fishing and going to Nascar races. He is survived by his daughter, Lindsey Foster; granddaughter, Sierra Mast; brother, Mike (Sandy) VanKirk and Scott (Judy) Foster; sister, Kathleen (Louis) McCann and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held privately.
