Ronald A. Greer September 13, 1958 - January 2, 2022 Ronald lived in New Castle, Delaware most of his life in the family home and graduated from William Penn High School. His family and friends knew him by Ron or Ronnie. He loved riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and was an avid collector of many things. Ronnie was a car enthusiast. He enjoyed working on vehicles, painting, and volunteering at Delcastle Technical School in the auto trade. Ron did not have any children of his own, but he held a special place in his heart for them and made several donations to children organizations. He collected, for most of his adult life, soda can tabs for the Ronald McDonald House. Ronnie was a good friend to many. Those who befriended him always knew they could depend on his help. Ron is survived by his sister, Diane Poore (Rick); brothers: Donald Greer (Ro) and Elmer Greer (Kim); and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marie D. Greer; his father, Elmer Darrel Greer; and his sister, Patricia D. Greer. Due to the uncertain times, the family will have a private service in White Top, Virginia.
