Ruth Springer, age 85, of New Castle, DE, went home to be the Lord and the love of her life, Jack Springer, Wednesday, December 9, 2020. Ruth was a loving mom, mom-mom, and great-mom-mom. She dedicated her entire life to the care and nurturing of her family. Ruth enjoyed vacationing at Lewes Beach and wintering in Florida where she loved visiting Disney with family and friends. She was an avid reader who also liked doing puzzles. Ruth will be remembered by all who were blessed to know her. Ruth is survived by her children, Mary Ann Bolinski (Larry) and Jack R. Springer (Sherri); grandchildren: Jennifer McCarthy (Neal), Rocky Zelano (Megan), Amanda Myers (Chris), and Erica Springer; 6 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Ginny Shoemaker (Keith) and Robbie Walsh; sister-in-law, Helen Springer; and dear friends, Rose & Wenkle. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jack M. Springer; parents, Robert and Ruth Baldwin; and brother-in-law, Jerry Springer.
