William Lincoln Forrester, Jr., age 27, of Wilmington, DE, passed away suddenly on December 16, 2020. William worked previously at Royale Cable and currently was working for UPS as a driver’s helper. This job was perfect for William because he loved people. He could put a smile on any face and he never met a stranger. William had dreamed of being a father. He was so gentle, kind, and caring especially with children. William loved his nieces and nephews beyond words. If you ever met William, then you were one of the lucky ones. He gave love with all his heart. William had a zest for life, and he could make you laugh for days. He loved fishing, singing, and being around friends and family. William is now Dancing in the Sky with his Pops, William Forrester Sr., and best friend, Stephen Hults. William is survived by his mother, Ann Forrester (and her boyfriend, Robert Rorick); brother, Donald Payne III (Jackie); sister, Teena Campbell (John); grandmothers, Shirley Barlow and Peggy Templin (Russell); foster parents, Tony and Aleisha Bullock; foster siblings: Tony, Tia, and Ty; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, William Forrester, Sr.; uncle, Jackson Forrester; grandfather, Jackson Forrester; and grandparents, Mary and Robert Liles.
