Sandra A. Casper

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Sandra A. Casper, who departed this world on August 29, 2025, at the age of 78. Born on May 21, 1947, in Wilmington, Delaware, Sandra was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her. Sandra was the cherished daughter of Delores Peck, who she was preceded in death, as well as her devoted husband, Ronald Casper, and her beloved daughter, Sandra Sparco. Throughout her life, Sandra exemplified strength and resilience. She married Ronald Casper in Wilmington, Delaware, where they built a beautiful life together for over 30 wonderful years. She embraced motherhood with open arms and was a guiding light to her daughter, Samantha Casper, who she is survived by along with Sandra's cherished grandchildren: Joe Sparco, Brittany Rossi, Lauren Boyd, Shawn Perie, and Autumn Parag and Zachery Bowen. She also leaves behind her great-grandchildren, Caleb Bowen, Tyler Rossi, and Hunter Rossi, who brought her immense joy and pride. Sandra had a zest for life that was infectious. In her spare time, she loved playing games on her phone, often sharing moments of laughter. She had a deep appreciation for classic films and found comfort in watching old movies. Sandra was not just a matriarch but a cornerstone for her family, known for her empathy and warmth. Her home was a haven filled with love, laughter, and kindness, where family gatherings were plentiful and memories were made. She cherished her time with her grandchildren, always eager to create new memories and pass down family traditions. On August 29, 2025, Sandra's journey came to an end due to a stroke, a loss deeply felt by her family and friends. Though she may no longer walk among us, her spirit and love will continue to reside in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. As we celebrate the beautiful life of Sandra A. Casper, we remember her not only for her love and laughter but for the indelible mark she left on our lives. She will be missed dearly but never forgotten. In her memory, let us all strive to embody her spirit of love and generosity, keeping her legacy alive in our hearts and actions. Rest in peace, dear Sandra. You will be forever loved and remembered.
